Krista Han leads Grant Thornton’s Canadian Family Business Services Practice and has been advising business families for more than 20 years in Canada and Australia.  She helps families maximize value and navigate complex issues across the family business system with a focus on family governance, communication and continuity planning.  Krista has developed and delivered content for many audiences, including the Wallace McCain Institute’s ‘ECHO’ program (created to support to the next generation of family business leaders to improve succession success), at the Family Enterprise Exchange Symposium, and its predecessor, Canadian Association of Family Enterprise, as well as at the Rotman School of Business.  

Krista is connected with the family business community in the Atlantic region and nationally, serving on the programming committee for Family Business Association Atlantic, as well as the FEA Council within FEX.  Krista achieved her Recognized Leader as Coach accreditation from the Association for Coaching in 2018 and has been coaching and developing business leaders for many years in her practice.
